Musical of popular childrens show coming to Macon

Next month, parents may want to note that Blippi The Musical, a stage version of the popular children’s educational YouTube video series, is coming to Macon.

Blippi is a children’s video series on YouTube that teaches children ages 2 to 7 about the world around them. The main character Blippi, who is played by creator Stevin John, teaches children concepts like numbers and colors using everyday things and locations such as garbage trucks and tractors or car washes and farms.

The musical version of the Blippi will introduce Macon children to educational topics in a whole new way. Children will be able to sing and dance along with Blippi in real time. There will also be a special Meet and Greet session that attendees can purchase separately. This additional event will provide children a chance to meet Blippi and take a photo with him in one of his machines.

Blippi The Musical is scheduled to take place at the Macon City Auditorium on September 8 at 6:00 pm. Tickets will be mobile tickets only and range in price from $25 to $65 and can be purchased through Ticketmaster. For more information on tickets and add-ons, visit the Macon City Auditorium’s website.

Events relying on mainly virtual advertising and ticketing often find the services of graphic design artists to be helpful in creating an inviting virtual experience for patrons.
