The Clean Energy Roadshow is revving into Macon next month to highlight the benefits of propane, natural gas, and electric commercial vehicles.
The host will be Energy Event Partners, LLC, a clean tech company that has over 12 years of experience in the clean energy fuel industry. The company specializes in producing informative webinars, events, and conferences concerning electric vehicle and infrastructure projects, clean fuel fleet conversions, natural gas vehicle engine technologies, public policy, and more. Macon’s Clean Energy Roadshow is designed to inform government and commercial fleet managers about clean energy vehicle options.
The event will begin with alternative fuel vehicle demos, which will lead into the benefits of different clean fuel vehicles, including the funding and technical resources available for alternative fuel fleet acquisitions. There will also be classes discussing the vehicle applications of light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles, dealing maintenance, infrastructure costs, and driver considerations. After the workshops, attendees will get to tour the Macon Transit Authority Bus Charging Depot.
The Clean Energy Roadshow is scheduled for November 17 from 8:30 pm to 1:30 pm. The hosting venue will be Mercer University, located at 1501 Mercer University Drive. The roadshow is free to attend and includes lunch.
