Macon offers one-day training event

Professionals seeking to enhance their instructional techniques can participate in a full-day Train-The-Trainer workshop hosted by the Academy for Pros in Macon.

This course aims to equip attendees with tools and strategies to lead engaging, structured, and responsive training sessions in various professional environments.

The curriculum features 11 core modules, including fundamentals of training versus facilitation, identifying participant needs, designing structured lesson plans, and navigating sensitive subjects. Attendees will also learn to manage group dynamics, maintain interactive engagement, and adapt content delivery when challenges arise.

Participants will obtain a training manual with reference materials and slides. The program includes lunch, drinks, and snacks throughout the session. Instruction will be delivered in English and will award eight Professional Development Units (PDUs) along with a certificate of completion.

No prerequisites are required. The workshop targets those entering the field of training or professionals responsible for internal instruction.
