The University of Wealth Building will be holding a deal makers’ session in Macon next month.
The event, which is organized by UWB founder Ramon Tookes and experienced real estate investor Sabrina Battle, will focus on helping real estate professionals to close deals and network with each other. It will bring together realtors, constructors, lenders, investors, and sellers, among other professionals in the industry.
Guests will spend the evening interacting with each other under the guidance of the organizers. They will also have a chance to announce their deals so that they can find prospective partners. Those who need specific contracts will also announce them in a bid to find professionals who can fulfill them.
Other than closing deals, the event will offer an opportunity for professionals in the real estate industry to enlarge their business circles. They can also hand out their Business Cards to enable other attendees to contact them with ease after the event.
Moreover, realtors will have deals they are unsure about analyzed for viability by experts in financing and investment. The specialists will also train them on how to create winning arrangements.
The event will take place at the Margaritas Mexican Grill, 5451 Bowman Road Macon, GA 31210, on August 6. Tickets will be selling at $10, but the University of Wealth Building members will have free access. It will start at 6:00 pm and run until 8:00 pm.
