Port St. Lucie to celebrate Italy
Galbani’s 15th Annual Taste of Little Italy will be returning to Port St. Lucie later this month. The three-day event will feature Italian art, music, food, and tradition, with over 16,000 visitors expected to attend.
The event will have wine seminars, cooking demonstrations, activities for children, contests, and bocce tournaments. The celebration will culminate in a live Italian Street festival, including live entertainment on the venue’s one stage, shopping, and plenty of food.
Local merchants will be hawking red, white, and green Italian-themed items. Merchants who attend events such as this often bring business cards in case anyone wishes to get in contact with them afterwards.
Admission will be free, but private areas can be rented for each day. Reserved stage pod seating will cost $50 per day and includes a small table, bar service, and four Adirondack chairs. VIP seating will be $300 for Friday evening, $500 for Saturday’s festivities, and $400 for Sunday. These tickets will include lighted private villas with large tables seating eight near the stage, bar service, and a complimentary bottle of wine.
The event will take place Friday, February 18 from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm; Saturday, February 19 from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm; and Sunday, February 20 from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm at Tradition Village Center, 10824 Southwest Village Parkway.
