The Art + Mind Day, part of the Arsht Center Impact Series, will be held next month in Miami to offer a full day of interactive experiences, workshops, and performances revolving around nurturing the soul, mind, and body.
The event is made possible by the Adrienne Arsht Center, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that has become the cultural heartbeat of Miami, instigating billions of dollars in cultural development and building a host venue for events. The center is responsible for hosting over 300 creative events, including but not limited to Broadway musicals, jazz and classic music concerts, a Flamenco festival, and an award-winning theater program.
The Arsht Impact Series offers free arts and educational programs to the community. Art + Mind Day will feature free dance, theater, poetry, music, and immersive art activities for the public to celebrate self-care, self-expression, and mental health wellness. These activities will be led by Miami therapists and artists.
