The Doral International Art Fair will be held in the Miami neighborhood of Doral this November, offering the public a multi-day festival centered around works of modern and contemporary art.
The art fair originated from a need for more access for Miamians to quality art that spans genres, mediums, and eras. Each year, the fair focuses on a different theme or style of art, with this year’s landing on modern and contemporary art. The event takes place at the Doral Cultural Arts Center, which is a unique infrastructure that houses an amphitheater, a multipurpose room, art galleries, and outdoor patios.
The event will highlight works that explore historical avant-garde movements as they morph into more contemporary practices. The displays will highlight prominent pieces in each era, especially as they relate to influential collecting areas. The programming offered to guests will delve into academic, cultural, and economic purposes, with the exhibits giving viewers a chance to appreciate established artists while also learning about emerging artists.
Art exhibits like these will often have Posters set up in each exhibit to provide a background to each collection of work. Local Print shops featuring poster printing services may be of help to organizers needing to prepare these.
The Doral International Art Fair is slated for November 12 through November 15. The Doral Cultural Arts Center is located at 8363 NW 53rd Street, Doral in Miami.
