VyStar Credit Union’s four-week Jax River Jams Concert Series is returning to Downtown Jacksonville’s Riverfront Plaza in April.
The concerts will feature regional and local openers to introduce national headliners. Everyone is encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets, and take along a picnic.
The series will begin on April 7 with Spin Doctors, with songs like Little Miss Can’t Be Wrong and Two Princes. Sister Hazel, a Southern and alternative rock band will also perform with hits such as All for You, and Your Winter.
Boyz to Men will perform on April 14. That evening the audience will get to enjoy songs like I’ll Make Love to You, End of the Road, and On Bended Knee.
Carly Pearce, Female Artist of the Year for the Country Music Association, will headline the April 21 concert. Her songs include Closer to You, Every Little Thing, and I Hope You’re Happy Now.
The final concert for the series will feature The Manchester Orchestra. This indie rock band is known for tracks such as The Maze, Forest Whitaker, The Silence and The Gold.

Gates open at 5:00 pm with the openers performing at 5:30 pm and 7:00 pm. The headliner performances will begin at 8:30 pm. Riverfront Plaza is located at 2 West Independent Drive.
