Muddy Dash will be coming to Jacksonville in early May.
The Dash will be a family-friendly non-competitive romp through 2.6 miles of foam, mud, obstacles, and a dozen Muddy Moments stations. The mud pits will not be more than waist deep. Participants can slip, slide, wade, crawl, walk, or run at their own speed and are encouraged to wear costumes.
Registration will be free and includes a race bib, finisher medal, and admission to the post-race party, which will have photo ops, music, and foam. For $34.95, VIP ticketholders will receive all the amenities already mentioned plus Muddy Dash T-Shirts and towels, drawstring Bags, sunglasses, event tattoos, and silicone wristbands.
Jacksonville Equestrian Center will have participation packets available on Friday, May 1 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. For a $5 late fee, packets may also be picked up on race day.
Wave times will be chosen during registration and confirmed in confirmation emails. Participants will want to arrive at least half an hour before their wave times begin to be sure to get into the correct one.
Those who enjoy participating in muddy events like this often take the pictures they have had taken at the afterparties to nearby Print shops to be inserted into family newsletters.
The 2026 Muddy Dash will take place at the Jacksonville Equestrian Center, 13611 Normandy Boulevard on Saturday, May 2 with the first wave starting at 8:00 am.
