Many women in the city will be flocking to the Jacksonville Women’s Expo coming in mid-March.
Hundreds of boutique pop-up shops will be vending everything from jewelry, artisan hand-crafted pieces, Apparel, active wear, and accessories to garden items, homeware, and couture designs. Businesses will be displaying and selling beauty products and brands.
Many purchasers will be checking their items to see if the sellers have enclosed their Business Cards. If so, they can buy more products from them after the event.
Regardless of their skill level, attendees may also join DIY Make-and-Take workshops, enjoy complimentary styling and haircuts on the Hair Stage, take part in cupcake baking and cake decorating workshops, experience complimentary massages, and watch demonstrations on the Cooking Stage.
Inspiring speakers will be announced soon. Some who have participated in the past have included Patricia Heaton, Brandy, Jane Fonda, and Valerie Bertinelli. Seminar speakers will be experts in areas such as finance, building a business, travel, home design, community service, fashion, and health and wellness.
General admission will be $5 for each day. While registering, attendees may upgrade to the VIP experience for $30 each day. This will include special women’s T-Shirts sporting this year’s event graphic design, custom tote Bags, and no-wait entrance.
Jacksonville Women’s Expo will be Saturday, March 11 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Sunday, March 12 from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Prime Osborn Convention Center, 1000 Water Street.
