Everyone here in Jacksonville is invited to attend this year's Jacksonville Barkfest coming toward the end of August.
Dogs may be adopted onsite, and donations and support will go to dog organizations and rescue programs. A 30-minue Dog Trick Showcase will take place from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm on the Main stage and a 30-minute cutest dog contest will follow from 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm.
Free reminder tickets may be procured online with chances to win $25 in market bucks to be used to purchase items at the Jacksonville Southern Creatives Market. The website also receives Florida Bulldog Rescue donations for a volunteer group that will re-home and rehab unwanted and abused French and English Bulldogs.
Jacksonville Southern Creatives Market will share the spotlight with Barkfest. Attendees may enjoy the 40 local retailers and creative vendors selling homemade and handmade items along with candles, baby and kids' items, bath and beauty supplies, fitness, green living, travel, jewelry, and home decor. The winner of its photo contest will receive a $50 Amazon gift card.
Sponsorships will be $200 and include a vending space, thank you shout out, online business profile and business name, Logo Design and link on marketing materials.
Jacksonville Southern Creatives and Barkfest will take place Sunday, August 25th from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm under the bridge at 275 Riverside Avenue.
