Girls to take part in mud run

Jacksonville females have a “girls’ dirty day out” coming in early October.

Muddy Princess Jacksonville, FL will be a grueling untimed 3.1-mile (5k) multi-obstacle mud run for women only. Individuals and teams will be wading, paddling, and crawling through mud and water. They will be climbing ropes, tire towers and nets; walking across balance beams; rolling and sliding down small hills and embankments; and finding their way through, over and under climbing frames, barrels, and poles. Rinse-off stations will be available after the run.

Race Day registration will begin at 7:00 am with the first wave of 150 to 250 participants released at 8:00 am. Waves will leave every 15 minutes.

Spectators are welcome to be there to cheer their participants on. Sometimes, families and friends put in a banner printing order and bring sings to support their runners. There will be a “Village” set up with food and drink stalls at the start/finish line.

For $59, participants will receive free parking, sunglasses, crown, sticker, finisher drink, warm-up partner, sample bag, and digital photos.

VIP $99 tickets will include VIP parking, registration, guaranteed start time, unlimited run, bag drop, digital photos, sample bag, finisher drink, finisher medal, pink T-Shirts sporting the event’s Logo Design, socks, tutu, pop socket, sunglasses, crown, sticker, and water bottle.

Muddy Princess Jacksonville, FL will take place Sunday, October 2 from 8:00 am to noon at WW Motocross Park at WW Ranch, 1439 Otis Road.
