Taste of the Nation Miami is taking place this July, with funds being raised for Share our Strength's No Kid Hungry program.
There are set to be over 50 chef stations representing area restaurants at the event, featuring chefs such as Allen Susser and Timon Balloo. Guests can also enjoy wine, spirits, beer, and assorted cocktails prepared by mixologists.
There will be cooking competitions, silent and live auctions, and a lounge area to relax in. The event will be followed by the Chefs on the Half Shell after party, with host Lure Fishbar and DJ Korka, at which food and drinks will be served.
All guests will receive gift Bags, while VIPs are invited to a reception and will be admitted one hour earlier.
The goal of Share our Strength is to end childhood hunger in the United States. Invitations, which were probably obtained from a local printing company, are being sent out for this event. As such, it will likely attract people from all over the area, such as Hialeah.
Taste of the Nation Miami will take place at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel on July 16th from 6:00pm to 10:00pm. General admission tickets cost $125 and VIP tickets are $250 each, while guests must be aged 21 or over to be admitted.
