Miami Dade College will organize a series of health-related discussions at its Hialeah campus where people can learn from medical professionals.
Those interested in learning about innovation in healthcare can attend a series at Miami Dade College. The program is created through a partnership between the college and the Mount Sinai Medical Center. The lectures will be held at Dr. Victoria Castells’ chemistry class and will cover topics like medical treatments and diagnostics. Those who attend the sessions will have an opportunity to directly engage with medical professionals.
The Mount Sinai Medical Center is a healthcare organization created in 1949. There are many branches of the organization throughout Florida in cities such as Miami, Coral Gables, and Sunny Isles. Some of the featured programs at the center include cardiovascular care, general surgery, and orthopedics. The organization is certified by DNV Healthcare USA, Inc. and was accredited by the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers.
The lecture series will be held on September 16, October 7, and November 4. Each discussion will last from 11:00 am to noon. The event is open to Miami Dade College students and to the general public. There is no cost to attend the medical discussions.
