Pop singer scheduled to visit Hialeah
A pop singer who has been performing since childhood is coming to Hialeah.
Yeison Orlando Jiménez Galeano, whose stage name is Yeison Jiminez, is a songwriter as well as a vocalist from Colombia.
His parents recognized his talent when he was young and already attracted to music, particularly in the popular norteño genre. He began participating in children’s festivals and won a children’s song festival held in the municipality of Manzanares in the Colombian Department of Caldas five years in a row. His success here led him to participate in other contests where he had equal success.
He began writing songs when he was 13, and put 18 of them on his debut album, “Co El .
Corazón-Volume 1,” which he dropped in 2013. To date, he has written over 70 songs, making him one of the most prolific proponents of pop music. He has performed in the United States, Italy, France, and Germany, and has appeared on the top television and radio stations in Colombia. In 2015, he toured throughout Colombia, supporting his new album.
He has recorded some of his songs in the United States, and counts Jhon Alex Castaño, Giovanny Ayala, Jhonny Rivera, and El Charrito Negro among his collaborators. A review says:
