The 2021 Kidfitstrong Challenge will be presented by Kidfitstrong USA this month in Miami. Surrounding communities such as Hialeah are invited to participate.
The event is the largest mobile event in the nation focusing on mobile fitness. The organizers and leaders travel from coast-to-coast ensuring kids and their families are given information and techniques for staying active and keeping healthy.
Kidfitstrong Challenge gives children of all ages an opportunity to participate in obstacle courses that highlight speed, agility, strength, and general physical fitness. A full agenda of activities for the general public will be offered, with attendance being free.
Open to anyone who is at least three years old, the event will challenge all age groups as well as special needs guests. Not just children, but adults too can test their physical fitness skills.
Banner printing is often used to create and present highly visible signage at outdoor events. The Banners are printed on strong vinyl and can be placed anywhere between posts, or hung on buildings or other structures.
The course can be completed in a short period of time. For those opting not to complete it, they can move out of the area and become a spectator.
The 2021 Kidfitstrong Challenge will take place this Saturday, January 23 beginning at 11:00 am and concluding at 6:00 pm.
