The Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce is holding its Goals Conference in June over two days. The aim of the event is to help define and grow the community's future for business.
The conference is set to consist of workshops, panel discussion, a political forum, networking and a business expo. In addition, Miami mayor Maurice A. Ferre will be presented with the Henry M. Flagler Community Builder Award and the South Florida Good to Great Awards also taking place during the conference (this is separately ticketed event which has already sold out).
There will be several networking events such as the Mojitas, Martinis and More reception and the closing reception with the theme of "A celebration of Miami - the Global City."
The conference will be a good opportunity for member businesses to showcase their goods and services to their Miami and area peers. In order to bring more attention to their booths, many of these business owners, who will come from nearby communities like Hialeah, might invest in banner printing services. A colorful banner hung over a booth will definitely attract attention.
The Greater Miami Goals Conference is taking place at the Biltmore Hotel in Miami from June 9 to 10. Admission is $365 for both days, $250 for the Monday and $215 for the Tuesday; Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce members receive a discount. For more information, call 305-577-5433.
