Seasonal spirit is coming to Hialeah again with the annual Tree Lighting Ceremony taking place soon. Mayor Carlos Hernandez will play a role in transforming Triangle Park into a wintry wonderland.
Frosty the Snowman and Rudolph the Reindeer will make a special guest appearance to delight of children and their families. They will have the chance to meet the holiday celebrities as await the keynote guests at this special time of year, Santa and Mrs. Claus. They will arrive on a City of Hialeah Fire truck. Attendees should be ready to snap some selfies during this fun winter activity.
Special performances are on the agenda featuring local academies and cultural arts program participants. Some of the entities performing include Dance Urge Dance Academy, Ballet Etudes of South Florida, Dance Zone Dance Academy, Sport and Dance Studio Center, and Goodlet Cultural Arts Program.
