Spring is coming, and with it one of its most popular symbols, the Easter Bunny. That in turn brings a special event that everyone will enjoy.
The City of Hialeah is the host of the upcoming “Easter Eggstravaganza,” which is one of South Florida’s biggest Easter egg hunts. The city will hide more than 50,000 eggs throughout Milander Park, which is at 4700 Palm Avenue in Hialeah, and is inviting children of every age to come and hunt for them and enjoy some time in the sun.
There is more going on at the event than a hunt for Easter eggs. The afternoon will be packed with live entertainment courtesy of performers from dance academies, local schools, and the Goodlet Theatre Cultural Arts Program.
A Kids Zone with interactive inflatables and rides will be open all day, and the Easter Bunny himself will be on hand. People attending the event will be able to purchase food and drink.
The egg hunt is scheduled for April 8, from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm. Admission is free for those who simply want to watch the event, and parking is also free of charge. However, tickets for the egg hunt are $6, as are photos with the Easter Bunny. Rides are $15, or an all-access wristband is available for $18.
Organizers of outdoor events like this can enhance them by using banner printing to create seasonal decorations.
