An upcoming event in Hialeah will showcase Cuba’s vibrant culture.
Cubanísimos Festival 2025 is a family-friendly celebration of the traditions of Cuba, from the flavors of pan con lechón and Cuban coffee, to the island’s lush fields. The fiesta will gather the best of the gastronomy, dance, art, and music for which Cuba is famous. A domino competition will highlight one of the island’s favorite pastimes.
One of the most anticipated parts of the festival is a tribute to a legendary Cuban musician, with the artist himself appearing. Willy Chirino has enjoyed a career that spans more than 50 years, bringing traditional Cuban music to people throughout the world. Chirino will be appearing live, giving a special performance that is sure to be the festival highlight. Other artists appearing include Miriam Mar, and Lenia.
There will be a chance to sample typical Cuban dishes like ropa vieja as well as other Latin food, and special Menus for children. A domino tournament is scheduled, as is an arts and crafts exhibitions featuring works by Cuban artists. Workshops on Cuban culture are planned, comedians will be performing, there will be a special children’s area, and there is even more fun on the way.
Cubanísimos Festival 2025 is scheduled for May 10, from 10.00 am to 10.00 pm, at Amelia Earhart Park. Admission is free, but a VIP option is available. Events like this are often advertised with Posters, which organizers can find at Print shops.
