The 6th Annual Basel House Mural Festival will take place in Miami in a few months. Surrounding communities such as Hialeah are expected to attend.
Art Basel Week features unique art, music, art installations, and vendors. Artists come from all over the world to participate in this yearly event. The experience includes the opportunity to view wall murals with a 30,000 square foot blank space coming to life in Wynwood Arts District. Live painting is a highlight of the festival as spectators have the opportunity to watch creative artists at work.
Mural tours will be available through Miami’s Best Graffiti Guide each afternoon. Workshops, food trucks, and cocktails are part of the line-up of activities. The vendor marketplace features unusual crafts along with professional artists talking about their works of art. The art is curated and includes jewelry and unique items. Vendors often order Business Cards from local Print shops to be sure they have an adequate supply for distribution. Business card printing is a key planning component in preparation for large festivals and consumer events.
In addition to live music, DJs will keep things moving along. A Saturday Night Art Battle is on the agenda, as well.
The festival will take place over the December 4 to 6 weekend. A free cocktail ticket is included with each adult ticket purchase.
