The Miami Dade College’s Hialeah Campus will be the site of the upcoming Second Annual Art, Music and Food Festival. Attendees from Hialeah and neighboring communities are expected to participate in this event again this year.
Art shows, live music, food trucks, kid’s activities and a farmer’s market will all be part of the event featuring something of interest for everyone. An art sale is also a major component of the art show.
The host, Hialeah Campus Cultural Center, was established to celebrate arts and culture of the community while providing students and visitors the opportunity to view the unique exhibitions. Interacting with interactive art displays is educational and inspirational while presenting a family-friendly environment.
Poster printing by local Print shops can create an exciting form of communication for public events. Printed in full color with pertinent information, Posters can be mounted on walls, doors, windows or placed on easel in high traffic areas for all to see.
The Knights Arts Challenge grant established the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation in 2015 which supported the formation of the center.
The Second Annual Art, Music and Food Festival will take place on March 23 from 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. at the MDC Hialeah Campus, which is located at 1780 W. 49th Street. For more information about this event, call 305-237-8812.
