The 8th annual It's All About the Kids fundraiser is taking place in a few weeks.
Presented by the Andres Asion Foundation and the Friends of St. Jude, proceeds will benefit St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital and its fight against childhood cancer.
The theme of this year's event is disco, which will be reflected by the décor. Guests are invited to dress in the style of the time.
The evening will start off with a lounge-style cocktail reception with hors d'oeuvres and an open bar. Dinner will consist of dishes from ethnic and exotic food stations.
Guests will also have the opportunity to bid on both silent and live auctions. Each person attending will receive a gift. For those who can't make it to the fundraiser, sponsorships are available from $1,000 to $35,000.
St. Jude's offers free medical care to children and is a leader in the research into childhood cancer and other life-threatening conditions.
An event like this will attract people from all over Miami-Dade, including nearby Hialeah. Local Print companies are often asked to provide printed Invitations to be distributed in the community.
It's All About the Kids will take place at the JW Marriott Miami on September 19, beginning at 7:30 pm.
