First tenants in at new Hialeah development

A retail/residential complex was completed recently, and tenants are now moving in.

Pura Vida Hialeah apartments were finished during the summer, and tenants have recently completed the move-in process. Pura Vida, which covers nine acres, was created by the Coral Rock Development Group of Miami, and has both residential and retail components. The residential units can be found in three eight-story towers that have a total of 260 apartments. Retailers have 51,000 square feet available, 11,000 square feet of which is located at ground level, and the remainder on outparcels.

Apartments are available in sizes from 538 to 1,099 square feet. With the rents listed at $3.11 per square foot, the rents are some of the highest in the area. However, the project is completely leased, according to the development.

Amenities for residents include a biking center, dog park, barbecue area, fitness center, and a pool, along with a 5,000-square-foot clubhouse.

Retailers and other businesses already open include Taco Bell, Dollar Tree, InnovaCare Health, and Amerant Bank. Spaces for AT&T and a Wawa gas station are now under construction. The developer expects My Salon Suite to open in 2023, with a dental practice and restaurant to follow.

Pura Vida is part of a trend of increased building in Hialeah, as rents on the east side of the county force residents further west. When projects like these are constructed, developers can use brochure printing to create material for potential residents to examine.
