Pinecrest Gardens offers plenty of events all through the year that celebrate music, visual arts, the spoken word, and dance. This January will feature three events that should appeal to a wide range of people.
The Fine Arts Festival will be held for two days. This is a juried event that features artists from all over the world. Some of the items for sale will include handmade jewelry, clothing, photographs, and sculptures. There will also be food available for purchase and musical entertainment throughout the day.
Later on in the first day of the festival, the Freddy Cole Quartet will be performing in the Garden's monthly jazz series. Tickets are $25 or $30.
Later on in the month, AIRIE in the Garden will feature Everglades inspired art, interpretive dance, musical performances, poetry readings, and video art. Among the artists participating in this event are Jason Hedges and Regina Jestrow. Refreshments will be available for purchase.
These events might attract visitors from all over the area, including nearby Hialeah. Providers of flyer printing services are often asked to help advertise events of this nature.
The Fine Arts Festival at Pinecrest Gardens will be held from January 10 to 11 from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm.
