The Red Door Classic charity golf tournament is taking place next month, and is a presentation of the FIU SigEp Alumni and the Thomas B. Jelke Foundation.
The event is a fundraiser for The Buoniconti Fund, FIU First Generation Scholarships and SigEp FIU scholarships.
The cost of registering is $300 for a foursome. This includes 18 holes of golf, the use of a cart, free range balls, and a goodie bag. There will also be a catered lunch and an open bar. The tournament will begin with a shotgun start at 1:00 PM.
Players can also take part in a putting contest and a raffle. Golf will be followed by a dinner and then the presentation of awards.
Sponsorships are available from $150 (for tee Signs) up to $7,500.
Golf is often used as a business networking opportunity and this tournament will be no different; it is expected to draw players from all around the area, probably including some from Hialeah, who will no doubt be placing a business card printing order with a Print company from the area.
