A themed goat yoga course is being planned for Fort Collins residents seeking a unique way to welcome the Halloween spirit to town.
A Halloween Goat Yoga session is scheduled to begin next month. It will create a therapeutic experience for Fort Collins residents who want to let go of unwanted stress and anxiety in exchange for exercise and laughter. Interested parties are asked to dress in their best Halloween costumes to enhance the festivities.
The organizer, Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga, is aiming to create a yoga event that is accommodating of participants of all ages. The organization’s stated goal is to generate laughter and smiles using their Colorado goat herd. Attendees will take part in a 45 minute yoga session followed by a 15 minute decompression session. Printing services are an effective way to create marketing materials and build awareness of such events.
After the yoga session ends, attendees can take time to hold and pet the goats or take photos with cameras and smartphones to capture the memories. The session will be held outdoors, and interested parties are expected to dress for the weather and bring water bottles and yoga mats.
The goat yoga session will be held at the Foothills shopping center on Saturday, October 6th, with sessions starting at 10:00 AM and noon. Tickets can be purchased online, with general admission costing $18.10.
