Open house helps Fort Collins learn about physics

Families in Fort Collins will want to make a note in their Journals to save the date, as an open house event will open its doors in early March.

The Little Shop of Physics 32nd Annual Open House will continue its tradition of opening its doors and sharing experiments with attendees that demonstrate the power and magic of physics. Guests will be treated to a celebration of all things science and physics, with hundreds of demonstrations and experiments to check out, along with live presentations.

The open house is suitable for interested parties and science lovers of all ages. The experiments will be conducted by partners, scientists, and professors from Colorado State University and elsewhere. Flyer printing can aid with the promotion of such events, helping families in the community learn about learning opportunities and experiences like this.

Attendees will get a hands-on introduction to physics in a warm and engaging atmosphere where the ultimate goal is to help Fort Collins residents discover an interest and passion for science and learning. Food and beverages will also be available for purchase at the host venue’s food court.

The open house will be held on the Colorado State University campus in Fort Collins at the Lory Student Center. The event is set for Sunday, March 1st, at 10:00 AM. Admission is free and open to the public.
