Fort Collins prepares for Cinco de Mayo celebration

A cultural experience is being organized in Fort Collins for this May to share Mexican culture with area residents while celebrating Mexican independence.

The 2nd Annual Cinco de Mayo Celebration has an official date for interested parties to look forward to, bringing the Fort Collins community together to explore and enjoy the vibrant Mexican culture. Guests will enjoy an evening filled with authentic Mexican food and music. The celebration is being organized by Mujeres de Colores.

The organizers hope to use the celebrations as a bridge to bring different parts of the community together, allowing people from different cultures to build closer bonds together. It also provides an opportunity for Mexican immigrants to share their culture and traditions with their new neighbors, creating a greater sense of understanding. Poster printing is a cost-effective way to promote such events in the community, combining imagery with relevant information to increase curiosity and attendance.

The live music will kick off with a performance by Ballet Folklorico, with Robert G scheduled to be the celebration’s closing act. Guests are encouraged to dance the evening away to quintessential Mexican ballads and tunes.

Club Tico, located in Fort Collins, will be hosting this year’s Cinco de Mayo celebrations, which are set for Friday, May 8th, at 6:00 PM. Tickets are available for purchase online for $55.20 per person.
