Denver to welcome Film on the Rocks

Now in its 22nd season, Film on the Rocks has returned to Denver for the fall/winter season. Filled with the spirit of the holidays, the drive-in experience is set to be a memorable event.

The drive-in films are displayed on LED screens in the Red Rocks Lower South Lot 2. A high-tech FM radio frequency will be used to deliver the audio.

The Denver Arts and Venues and Denver Film collaborated to create the event series. Several movies are planned, including Planes, Trains and Automobiles; National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation; The Polar Express; Die Hard; Home Alone; and Gremlins. More movies booked in December included Jingle All the Way; Batman Returns; How the Grinch Stole Christmas; Love Actually; Scrooged; and A Christmas Story.

Banner printing is often used to create signage for outdoor public events. The Banners can be used for directional or informational purposes and can be placed throughout a venue. They can be created in any size and color.

The Denver Film on the Rocks will run through December. Upon arriving at the park, the staff will direct attendees on where to park. Lights should be dimmed upon arrival and all interior lights must remain off for the duration of the movie.

Drive-in tickets are $59.50 per car and will include popcorn, Coca-Cola, and candy. Tickets may be purchased on the event website.
