A two-part concert series, Inside the Orchestra for Homeschoolers, will be offered to young students next month, providing the opportunity to explore performing arts in Denver and learn about orchestra instruments.
A group of 16 professional musicians, along with other performing guests, will participate in the series encircling the audience. The conductor will face the young learners in the audience offering education about the music as the concert progresses. The idea behind this unique format is to encourage students to think about music creatively.
Short demonstrations will be part of the agenda that will have the students using their critical thinking skills. The concerts include additional activities that give children the knowledge about various instruments, the sounds they can make, and how they are used.
Unique activities such as instrument petting zoos, STEAM, and meet and greets with the musicians will take place an hour before and after the concert. When attendees register, they will be given the session scheduled information in the confirmation.
Promoting musical events can be accomplished through the distribution of Brochures. Brochure printing can include images, text, venue location, and ticket purchase information.
The Inside the Orchestra for Homeschoolers concert will be held on November 5 at Temple Emanuel. The venue is located at 51 Grape St, and the concert will take place from 10:15 am to 12:00 noon.
