Wine festival provides taste teaser for Denver enthusiasts

Wine lovers in the Mile-High City will want to circle the date on their calendar as a reminder of an upcoming festival filled with wine-tasting opportunities.

Colorado Uncorked 2026 is opening in Denver this autumn with the goal of helping put Colorado’s wine industry on the map, giving connoisseurs a chance to support local wineries and discover more favorites. The Colorado Wine Industry Development Board, which is organizing the experience, will highlight the gold medal winners of the 2026 Governor’s Cup and provide a wider selection of wines to try.

Small, chef-curated appetizers will be available to help guests cleanse their palates before trying the next wine sample. The festival will also announce the winner of the 2026 Governor's Cup Best in Show award during the evening’s festivities. Print shops can help sponsors of events like this build more visibility by incorporating their logo into marketing tools like Banners and Posters.

VIP and Early Entry ticket packages will be available for those who cannot wait to sample the wines. Both packages are limited to 150 tickets and are expected to sell out quickly. Wine and food service will end at 9:30pm.

The History Colorado Center in downtown Denver will host the wine tasting on the evening of Saturday, October 17th, from 6:00 to 9:30pm. Tickets can be reserved online, with general admission costing $92.55 per person.
