Denver looks forward to Westword Music Showcase

The 2021 Westword Music Showcase will take place in the Denver region this month.

The new two-day experience will take place indoors and outside and will feature renowned artists, as well as local Denver performers and bands.

The Westword Music Showcase has been touted as one of the largest in the city when it was a one-day event. With two days this year, the attendance is expected to significantly increase. Local and national artists will fill the RiNo Art District as well as the Mission Ballroom Outdoors.

Kicking off tomorrow (Friday), the event will bring over 50 live bands to the stage performing bluegrass, hip-hop, country, rock, and alternative music. Other activities – such as live painting, vendors, and interactive art – can be found on the nearby streets.

On Saturday, the main event will bring Hippo Campus, Thundercat, Young the Giant, and Matoma to the forefront. Additional bands are on the agenda too.

Restaurants and food trucks will make sure no one is hungry by offering their special temptations. Vendors and food truck operators often work with local printing services to prepare for participation in public events. Banner printing is often ordered so the participants can have signage in their booths or food truck areas.

The Westword Music Showcase will take place over the next two days, September 17 and 18. VIP and general admission tickets may be purchased on the event website.
