The longstanding comfort food of macaroni and cheese is a favorite of kids and adults alike. Denver brings the opportunity to sample a full array of the tempting dish with the Denver Mac and Cheese Festival coming up soon.
Chef-inspired creations put a twist on the long-time favorite, resulting in gourmet versions of a simple dish. The chefs will be competing for the coveted title of best mac in Denver.

To add to the excitement of tasting so many styles of macaroni and cheese, unlimited beer sampling provided by local breweries will be available. Guests can sample all the offerings and cast a vote for their favorite.
The Denver Mac and Cheese Festival supports Minds Matter Denver, which is a local nonprofit that provides assistance for students from lower income for college dreams.
The event is for adults 21 years of age or older. General admission tickets include event entry, unlimited samplings of food and beverage, and a commemorative spork. The Big Cheese ticket includes early entry by 30 minutes to the event, unlimited mac and cheese and beer sampling, an all-inclusive open bar and commemorative spork. The festival will take place November 2 at the RiNo Fairgrounds.
