Chocolate and wine pairing brings flavor to Denver

Lovers of the finer things in life should plan their schedules for next month accordingly, as a special food and drink pairing event is coming to Denver.

The Chocolate & Wine Pairing course is scheduled to take place in a few weeks, providing Denver residents with the knowledge to pair wines and types of chocolate for a luxurious treat. Attendees will learn more about how chocolate is produced, from the bean to the finished product. The course instructor will show guests how to pair two types of chocolate for each wine option.

The chocolates will be provided by The Chocolate Therapist for the event, with each chocolate option hand-prepared to pair with wine. Attendees will also gain access to shopping discounts on their favorite wine and chocolate options at the event’s conclusion. Individuals with certain allergies are also being accounted for, as the chocolates are soy and gluten-free. Business Cards are an excellent way to share information about local participating businesses at such events.

Guests will be seated at round tables of four to six people, and each class has a maximum of 14 slots. Interested guests are encouraged to register while openings last.

The class will be held at The Chocolate Therapist on Saturday, March 9, beginning at 6:30pm and ending at 7:30pm. Tickets cost $40 per person and can be purchased online.
