The Marin Symphony in San Rafael will present the 2014 Holiday Pops Concert next month.
The show will take place in the Marin Veterans’ Memorial Auditorium located at 10 Avenue of the Flags. It attracts visitors from across Marin County.
The theme for this year’s event is ‘Home for the Holidays’. Alasdair Neale is the conductor for this event, while the Marin Symphony Chorus is led by director Stephen McKersie. Debra Chambliss will direct the Marin Symphony Children’s Chorus.
The program will present music from favorite holiday movies, such as Polar Express, A Charlie Brown Christmas, and Home Alone. Other classics from Leroy Anderson’s ‘A Christmas Festival’ will also be performed.
The Holiday Pops Concert has become a tradition in the San Rafael and Marin County region. The family friendly event showcases the Marin Symphony Orchestra and Chorus talent.
Local Print companies can provide services such as catalog printing, Flyers, and Posters to support this kind of event. Many performing arts entities offer a program for attendees in the form of a catalog. The program can highlight the performers, include the itinerary, and recognize sponsors.
