Hit show to make a tour stop in San Rafael
A popular television show will be performing a live version, making a stop in San Rafael in late January.
Whose Live Anyway? is the stage show based on the series known as Whose Line Is It Anyway? The show focuses on the art of improv comedy, sometimes allowing audience members to suggest prompts or specific items for the actors to use in the skits they perform. Due to the nature of this type of comedy, each show is truly unique. Poster printing is often used to promote similar events.
The comedians who will be on stage during the tour include Ryan Stiles, Jeff B Davis, Greg Proops, and Joel Murray. Stiles is a main cast member on the TV program, and the others have all made appearances over the years. The guests who participate in suggesting prompts for the comedians may be brought up on stage to participate in some of the games.
Tickets range from $44 to $75. The venue for the show is the Marin Veterans’ Memorial Auditorium, which is a part of the Marin Center. Attendees will be required to provide a negative Covid-19 test result or proof of themselves being fully vaccinated. For kids aged 5 to 11, if they have only received one dose of a vaccine, they will need to provide proof of this along with the negative test result.
The show will begin at 8:00 pm on January 20.
