Classic show to be performed in San Rafael
A holiday staple in the dance world will be put on by a local San Rafael studio in early December.
Performed across the globe every Christmas season, The Nutcracker is a classic holiday story, which has become a tradition for many families. The Stapleton Ballet has put on this show for 31 years now. Poster printing is often used when promoting dance productions like this.
There will be two performances on each of the two show days at the Marin Veterans’ Memorial Auditorium, which is a part of the Marin Center. After the earlier shows on both days, there will be a free meet and greet opportunity, allowing guests to take pictures with some of the dancers in their costumes.
Tickets will cost $47 for adults, and $34 for children and senior citizens. Fees from The Marin Center are already included in the prices listed. Those who are eligible for a Covid-19 vaccine will need to present a form of proof that they are vaccinated in order to attend. Anyone with an exemption, or who is not eligible for another reason, will need to provide the venue with proof of a negative test. A form of photo identification is also required in both instances.
The Nutcracker will be performed on December 4 and December 5. Both days will have the performances at 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm.
