Bogie Toos to host Marina Holiday Mixer
The annual Marin Holiday Mixer at Bogie’s Too in San Rafael is giving singles a chance to mingle before the end of the year.
Bogie’s is a restaurant in downtown San Rafael and the management is thrilled to be hosting this event which will feature Fun games that come with prizes. Light snacks will be served and dinner can be ordered on demand. The entry fee is $10 paid at the entrance.
The restaurant can be found at 1335 Fourth Street in San Rafael. The location has free parking space after 6:00 pm and sports fans will be able to watch the Warriors Game.
This event has two sponsors. One of them is the Society of Single Professionals, which is the biggest nonprofit organization for singles in the world. The other major sponsor is Singles2Couples. Sponsors often use events such as these to hand out promotional products.
Funds raised from this event will be donated to The Seva Foundation, which works towards returning sight to the blind. According to the Seva Foundation, most cases of blindness are caused by cataracts. Every $50 raised by this event will be used to pay for a cataract surgery for a blind people in economically underdeveloped parts of the world.
