Annual event gives local businesses a showcase

The 27th annual San Rafael Business Showcase is being held this month, presented by the San Rafael Chamber of Commerce.

This annual event is the largest of its kind in Marin County and attracts hundreds of local businesses. It features information booths from local companies, caterers, and restaurants. Organizers are still accepting applications from local business leaders. Fees for an 8 x 8-foot booth are $450, $400 for an 8 x 2-foot table, and $250 for caterers and restaurants.

For the public, there will be food samples and a raffle for items donated by vendors and sponsors. Sponsorships are available from $350 up to $2,000 and advertisements can also be purchased for the event program that everyone will receive. A special reception will be held from 7:00 to 8:00 PM for vendors, which will give them an opportunity to network with their peers and possibly start new relationships.

The organizers of this event have invested in many printed products, which were probably provided by a San Rafael printing company. They include Posters, cards, and Flyers.

The San Rafael Business Showcase will be held at the Peacock Gap Clubhouse on September 22 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Admission is free of charge. For more information about the event, to become a vendor or donate a raffle prize, contact Erin Moloney at 415-454-4163.
