Fore Property announced that it will soon open two new apartment complexes in Camarillo and Rancho Cucamonga.
Fore, which left California in the 1980s, has returned to open these two communities along with a few others in the works.
Both complexes focus on upscale amenities which can advertised using brochure printing services of Print shops to showcase the features. Arte, which is the complex in Rancho Cucamonga, will have amenities including a swimming pool, spa, outdoor grilling area, rooftop lounge, dog park, and entertainment patio. The apartments will come in one-, two- or three-bedroom sizes with a handful of work/live units available. The price range for these units is $1,900 to $3,100 per month.
The city of Camarillo will be home to Las Positas, which will have 213 units. The city is in need of more properties due to the growth limits placed on housing, which makes it difficult to keep up with the cities growth. This complex will have one and two bedroom options and should be completed at the end of November. Las Positas units will range in price from $2,300 to $3,050.
Both complexes were designed by Architects Orange and their designs have been viewed by local councilmen who are pleased with what both communities have to offer.
Future projects in the area for Fore Property include a community in Monrovia which will have just over 300 units with construction due to begin in 2020. Also planned is a complex in Oxnard that will house 330 units.Get a Free Quote for Print
