In late December, an upscale pizza restaurant opened in Rancho Cucamonga.
Blaze Fast Fire'd Pizza offered free pizzas to customers on January 3 to celebrate the grand opening. These were handed out to customers who followed the restaurant on social media.
The eatery seats 46 people and has 2,200 square feet. Located at 10877 Foothill Blvd, the restaurants feature a kitchen that allows customers to make their own personal pizza or choose ingredients, then have their creations cooked in an open flame oven.
It takes about 180 seconds to cook the pizzas. The dough is made from scratch by executive chef Bradford Kent, and takes 24 hours to ferment and rise. Gluten -free pizza and vegan cheese are also options for customers.
The restaurant was built using recycled and sustainable materials, with LED lighting in place and Packaging designed to be eco-friendly. The company’s fundraising program gives 20% of the proceeds to the organization that hold the fundraiser. It plans to hold events for schools, sport organizations, clubs, and nonprofits.
