Rancho Cucamonga to take part in awareness walk

Rancho Cucamonga will play host to the Magdalena's Daughters 1st Annual Anti-Human Trafficking Walk for Youth next month.

Magdalena's Daughters is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting at-risk female youth and victims of sexual exploitation by providing them with life skills, education, and residential services. The organization will hold the inaugural walk in honor of Human Trafficking Awareness Month, which is January.

Speakers at the event will include Sylvia Lacy-Miller, parent advocate for children who have undergone commercial exploitation.
