Next month, Rancho Cucamonga yogis will have a chance to stretch out with a cold one during the Beer Yoga event hosted by Bikram Yoga Rancho Cucamonga and Native Son Brewery.
Bikram Yoga Rancho Cucamonga is one of the biggest Bikram yoga studios in the Rancho Cucamonga area. Native Son Brewery is a bar and cocktail bar located inside Haven City Market offering an extensive selection of brews and hand-crafted cocktails. With the Beer Yoga event, they have partnered to combine the world of beer with meditative stretching to provide a day of refreshing relaxation.
The event will be a 60-minute session of Vinyasa-based yoga led by instructor Cat, who has over a decade of experience. The class is designed for all levels and skills. Per Bikram Yoga’s standard class instructions, attendees are encouraged to be well-hydrated before attending class and to wear comfortable, lightweight clothing. Afterwards, participants can grab a beer from the Native Son brewery inside Haven City Market.
The Beer Yoga event is scheduled for Sunday, June 6, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. It will take place on the patio of the Haven City Market, which is located at 8443 Haven Avenue, Rancho Cucamonga, and will have a $20 registration fee.
