Rancho Cucamonga to get Inland Empires first Stonefire Grill

This month the Inland Empire will see its first Stonefire Grill opening at the Terra Vista Town Center here in Rancho Cucamonga.

Diners at the city’s newest fast-casual restaurant will be able to choose from grilled meat dishes, pastas, pizzas, salads and sandwiches. The 6,500-square-foot eatery will also have selections for vegans and vegetarians as well. Patrons are assured that all of the Stonefire Grill’s food is prepared daily from scratch.

According to the company, large portions of family-style food are served, which includes meats slow-cooked overnight before taking a turn on the restaurant’s mesquite grill. Inside dining is only part of the business; takeout as well as catering services are given equal attention.

The first Stonefire Grill opened in 2000, in Valencia. The Rancho Cucamonga location will be the ninth for the chain and will employ in excess of 100 people. Two more locations are in line to need Stationery printing that featuring the Stonefire Grill motif, one later this year in Torrance and another in early 2018 in Ventura.

The Rancho Cucamonga Stonefire Grill will open June 13 with Chris Bishop, a native of the city for the last 10 years, serving as general manager. A demand for the new Stonefire Grill's catering is already present; catering for Rancho Cucamonga has already been provided by the company’s Pasadena location.
