TriElements Fitness and Crossfit Gold Standard Athletics will host the Empire Royale fitness event next month to encourage Rancho Cucamonga to get healthy while also benefiting charity.
The 501(c)3 non-profit TriElements Fitness has the mission of promoting fitness and exercise to improve and enhance the health and wellbeing of others. CrossFit Gold Standard Athletics is a physical fitness studio specializing in CrossFit and other programs involving agility, sports performance, and strength and conditioning. Together, these two organizations will host the Rancho Cucamonga Empire Royale, a three-day group workout event.
Participants will be able to get their fitness and health goals on track while also supporting community needs. Proceeds raised from the event will go towards providing basic living essentials, such as meals and hygiene items, to the underprivileged in the community.
Attendees will also be able to enjoy live music, food from Company Chow Food Junkies, and giveaways of Promotional Products from sponsors such as Adidas, Lululemon, and Hypervolt.
The Empire Royale event is scheduled for Saturday, December 4, from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon. The hosting venue will be CrossFit Gold Standard Athletics, located at 9471 Richmond Place, Rancho Cucamonga. General admission is $25 and includes food and drink only, while Participant admission is $40 and includes a workout spot, food, and drink. Open donations of any amount are also welcomed.
