In September, Rancho Cucamonga quilters will get a sneak preview of APQS longarm machines at the APQS Roadshow Longarm Experience.
Previously known as the American Professional Quilting Systems, APQS has been supporting quilting enthusiasts and promoting the use of longarm quilting machines to increase productivity for over 40 years. The company frequently holds informational seminars to introduce quilters to these machines and how to operate them.
The roadshow in September will invite quilters from all over the Rancho Cucamonga area to learn about longarm machines and how to find the model that best fits their needs. The seminar will be three hours long and will go over where to find useful resources such as templates and instructional manuals, where to buy stencils and pantograph patterns, how to create an effective business plan, what the differences are between different models, how to accessorize a machine, and how to clean, oil, and service the machine.
