Trielements Fitness will hold the 5th Annual Empire Royale event next month to provide Rancho Cucamonga with a fun fitness activity while also raising money to help the less fortunate.
Trielements Fitness is a nonprofit organization that encourages fitness and athletic activities that improve the wellbeing and lives of others. The organization provides exercise and wellness programs, and it participates in events that encourage healthy living while also giving back to the community.
The Empire Royale event happening in December will be a group workout that doubles as a charity benefit. Attendees will reap the rewards of a vigorous workout, while also supporting the underserved members of the community. Proceeds raised from ticket sales will be utilized to provide basic living essentials, hygiene items, and healthy meals to those who need them.
The event will also feature food from West Sliders, a Lawndale-based restaurant that serves gourmet sliders and burgers. Raffles tickets will also be sold at the event so that attendees can have the chance to win fun prizes and Promotional Products.
The workout benefit is scheduled for December 3 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. It will take place at CrossFit Gold Standard Athletics, which is located at 9471 Richmond Place, Rancho Cucamonga. General admission with only food and drink is $25, while workout participation admission is $40.
