Rancho Cucamonga festival celebrates Year of the Snake

This January, the City of Rancho Cucamonga, Eastern Harmony Mental Health, and Cal Festival will present the 3rd Annual Rancho Cucamonga Lunar Festival celebrating the Year of the Snake.

The two-day festival will feature rich cultural performances, showcase a wide range of Asian cuisine, highlight artisanal crafts, and provide plenty of opportunities for family-friendly fun.

To kick off the event, an opening ceremony will feature musical performances from UCR’s Japanese Taiko Drummers, Shaolin Kungfu artists, and traditional Lion Dancers. The performances will continue during IE’s Best on Stage where dynamic K-Pop numbers by M.A.D Dance Studios and classic Chinese dances will be performed.

The event will also feature culinary delights traditionally served during Lunar New Year, such as steamed buns or lamb skewers. Children will enjoy the Adventure Zone and carnival rides, while adults 21 and up can taste refreshing craft brews at the newly added Beer Garden. The Artisan Market will also be featured, with vendors selling a selection of regional crafts.

Festivals like this are often advertised in the form of Flyers, which can be printed in bulk at many local Print shops offering flyer printing services.

The Lunar New Year Festival will be held on January 18 and January 19. It will take place at the Rancho Cucamonga Sports Center, located at 8303 Rochester Avenue. There is no admission fee.
