The arrival of 2018 will see Rancho Cucamonga’s Cowboy Burgers & BBQ transformed into The Hitch Burger Grill.
Ana Karina Suchanek has worked with the Cowboy Burgers & BBQ organization for almost 20 years, and has most recently been the franchise owner for the favorite Rancho Cucamonga location. January will see Suchanek’s own dining concept coming to fruition as The Hitch Burger Grill and its Logo Design become well-known to the community.
Hungry patrons will still be able to enjoy their favorite menu items. Additionally, a variety of new options will grace The Hitch Burger Grill’s menu, including gourmet burgers and an assortment of items created using authentic recipes.
Originally from Mexico, Suchanek earned a business degree prior to relocating to the Inland Empire, where she hoped to improve here conversational English before returning to Mexico to work in the banking industry. Once in California, she took a cashier job at Cowboy Burgers & BBQ, which was an ideal position for fine-tuning her English language skills.
Now, after managing multiple Cowboy Burgers & BBQ locations, she is ready to leave the chain and follow her own entrepreneurial vision. For Karina and her husband, part of the vision is to give back to their community, so a percentage of their restaurant’s profits will go directly to their own nonprofit, Project Boon, to assist residents in the Inland Empire, as well as Mexico.
